Kikuichi Elite Carbon Steel 8-inch Gyuto Chef’s Knife is probably the most versatile knife and sharpest you can have for your kitchen.  Kikuichi has been a blade maker for over 700 years and making kitchen knives for over 100.

Made from a single virtually impurity free white high carbon alloyed steel SK-5  that makes a very sharp edge and can retain its sharpness.  Easily sharpens as well.

Black riveted Pakkawod handle for a sure and comfortable grip that is lightweight and well balanced with a stainless steel bolster.
