Victorinox Fibrox Handle Series 12-Inch Granton Edge Slicing Knife has a long straight edge to maximize your cutting area while making precise cuts.  Combined with the scalloped or Granton indentations you will notice the cuts glide through what you are cutting much easier.

Crafted from a cold tempered high carbon stainless steel for extra strength and hardness to hold a razor-sharp edge.  The knife is bolsterless so the entire edge length can be utilized as well as sharpened if needed.  The tip of the blade is rounded for safety purposes.


The black Fibrox handle is curved to fit the palm with ease, reducing hand and wrist fatigue, completed with a tacky feel that ensures a non-slip surface for the hand.
